Room was very cold , AC was not working I called the reception two times in two days , Finally, they sent me an electric

Good location, comfort, very clean.

Rooms were good size, clean and good shower/toiletries. Breakfast was also ok, enough options

Overall was fine, someone tried to open my door at midnight.

The staff are all helpful and courteous from the reception to cleaning staff to breakfast servers. One reception staff even helped to order food delivery on his phone for me. Concierge advised us on transport and helped flag down taxis. The room is clean and spacious.

WiFi was weak.

Very convenient location in Tianhe district, close to restaurants, parks, shopping mall and other places. Although some staff don’t speak English fluently, they always are willing to help you out. The shuttle services during fair days is really good. Thank you again!! 100% recommend it.

Location is good

They put non-smoking guests into smoking rooms that reek of smoke and have ashtrays, and claim they are non-smoking and refuse to assist. Sauce spill on bedside table when I arrived, 4 days later it was still there - housekeeping clearly doesn’t care.

Front desk staff Ms Vicky was very friendly and helpful. Hotel porter service was great too, a middle age gentleman helped to carry our luggages from the hotel entrance stairs. Breakfast normal.

Location a bit far from nearest metro station LinHeXi.

Big TV in the room. Big shower room, can easily fit 4 people inside. The area is very peaceful.

My husband ate their breakfast and had food poisoning. Reported it to their manager and he offered to send my husband to hospital if wanted. The buffet bkf food quality was not very good. Hope they will look into that. When we checked in during our next half of our trip, the staff couldn’t find our booking for very long. The attitude was not very good too.

Well located and close to the sports ground and Tianhe shopping malls. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location is far from the metro and mall. The room was extremely hot, even after we requested a change. The staff suggested us to open the window if the room was too hot. Initially, we were assigned a room that had been left open and unattended, but we insisted on switching to another one. Unfortunately, the new room was still humid.The breakfast was disappointing, and I suspect the bed was not clean. My legs became very itchy during and after the stay, something I did not experience at any other hotel. After the trip, I noticed red spots on my legs.

will not be a return customer. did not expect this from a Hilton brand.

the receptionists are totally unhelpful, not answering questions and no smile. breakfast no valuye for money. after 2 noghts of stay, internet not accessible. we have to call the recption to obtain a local number, wait for the code then can re-access. can't believe this happened in this age.

Comfortable bead, iron and ironing board in room. Room was spacious.

Stuff who doesnt speak english, same breakfast every day, room that smell little bit like mould and the window that can be opened just a little.

Breakfast just Chinese food not have another option and the restaurants very small and the room no have sugar tea just kettle without any cup on TV just Chinese channel

The bar across the road called Mr Rocky Cowboy bar was good. The bus to Canton Fair was well organised. The bathroom & shower, whilst small, was very nice.

Restaurant & breakfast not as good as I've had in China. Room very small with no safe & terrible view.
